Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been dispatched.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled as sweets are perishable items.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order ID.
Due to the perishable nature of sweets, returns are not accepted once the order is delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or of compromised quality, please share unboxing images/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
After verification, we will issue a replacement or refund as applicable.
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return claim.

All products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of sweets and namkeen.
Exceptions are made only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled upon delivery, supported by an unboxing video.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
A fixed fee of ₹150 will be charged for processing returns.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
