Return and Exchange Policy

At Rajasthan Sweets, we take pride in delivering authentic sweets and namkeen with care. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

  • Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any return claim.

  • To start a return, please contact us at rajasthansweets@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

  • All products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to the perishable nature of sweets and namkeen.

  • Exceptions are made only if the product is damaged, incorrect, or spoiled upon delivery, supported by an unboxing video.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A fixed fee of ₹150 will be charged for processing returns.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • To request a cancellation, contact us via email or WhatsApp.
